Election Bylaws

The WW Board consists of a President, Treasurer and at a minimum 8 Board of Directors.  Elections will be held each year at the end of the season banquet.  These positions are all term based and are strictly voluntary.  To ensure that the board maintains veteran board members at all times, we will have these positions changing out on alternating 2-year terms as follows:

President - A current member in good standing may serve a 2-year term and can be re-elected for up to 2 terms, giving a maximum of 4 years in this position.  The individual must be out of that position for one term before being able to run for that position again.  If unable to finish out the term, the board will appoint an interim president for the remainder of the term or until a special election can be held.  This elected position will start serving their term on even years.

Treasurer - A current member in good standing may serve a 2-year term and can be re-elected for up to 3 terms, giving a maximum of 6 years in this position.  The individual must be out of that position for one term before being able to run for that position again.  If unable to finish out the term, the board will appoint an interim treasurer for the remainder of the term or until a special election can be held.  This elected position will start serving their term on odd years.

Board of Directors (8 positions) - A current member in good standing may serve a 2-year term and can be re-elected for up to 3 terms, giving a maximum of 6 years in this position.  The individual must be out of that position for one term before being able to run for that position again.  If unable to finish out the term, the board will appoint an interim board member for the remainder of the term or until a special election can be held.  Four of the elected individuals will start serving their term on even years and the remaining four will start serving their term on odd years.
